Allow prebuilt disk Images (QCOW/RAW/OVA) for upload

It would be good to have an option to use my own disk image and create droplets using that.

        Hint: There's ways to do that (sort of) if you boot a BSD droplet and use ZFS boot environments.

        Up vote from me - this is a really important feature. I am working on a project which plans to utilize the Intel Media SDK, however it requires a specific OS version that Digital Ocean do not support :(

        We've had to build an image and host a few services elsewhere which is really disappointing.
