  The pay-now button has been deployed for accounts that use a credit card and have successfully been billed in the past =]

  If you click it will charge the outstanding balance on your account.

  Hi Moisey,

  Just a thought for pre-payment and discounts:

  You can have pre-paid/discount system regardless of which server the payment is used for. For example when a customer adds an advance payment more than say 100$, you can add an extra 5% or what ever percentage you find appropriate.

  Hi Jeff,

  We are going to be rolling out a "Pay Now" button for customers that may have specific times during the month that they want to pay instead of at the end automatically.

  And we're also looking into rolling out a "Pay-In-Advance" feature so you can pre-pay for a year.

  The issue there is that we have to "track" which server you purchased in advance otherwise the pre-payment could be abused if it just gave a default discount and added credits to your account.

  So we're going to work out a system where you can pre-pay for a particular sized VM and then you can tag which live VM you want under that plan and it will count off the number of months that you've used it and then the 12th month will be free.

  So just a bit of work to work out all of the kinds related to that.

  Credit card prepayment is an important feature for me and I look forward to seeing this implemented soon.

  Also, if it is feasible, providing some sort of discount for prepayments would be great. I would be happy to prepay six months or a year for 10-20% off, increasing your capital to build out infrastructure today, and giving me more control over when I get billed. Many other VPS providers offer heavy discounts for prepayment and I think it makes sense for provider and customer.

  You can already use PayPal to "Pay now" at any time and we'll be adding another button for that for the credit card that you have on file.
